Club Rental Fees

All December rentals require Board approval.
Any dates that are grayed out are blocked for club-based events – for more details on these dates check the Upcoming Events tab.
Per Our Rental rules, the renting member must be present at all times during the rental event.
To begin the rental reservation process, click the date on the calendar you want to reserve. If that day is green, it is available. If it’s red, please choose another day.
Once the date selection finalized, a Rental Agreement must be completed providing specific information regarding the rental event. In addition, if the rental is in December, the type of event (as shown above) must be identified.
The rental fee will be collected at checkout. Please note that the rental is conditional until the Rental Coordinator confirms the date. Reservations are established on a first come, first served basis. Although the rental is for a full day, to assist the Club in scheduling, it is requested that an estimated start and end time are provided.
